Developed by mind body expert, Andrea Higgins, this lesson collection is based on a powerful somatic-based method originally developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, an engineer and physicist who became curious about the relationship between movement, learning, and healing.

This gentle, verbally guided method taps into the brain’s neuroplastic capacity, and with continued practice can lead to changes in the movement habits that may be causing you discomfort.


What You Will Get

Upon purchase you will receive a zip file with four audio files. The program includes three mat lessons, running approximately 30-minutes each, and one chair lesson that runs about 10-minutes.

Although this program will be safe for most people, if you are suffering from pain or injury, you should always consult your doctor before engaging in any movement based program. The Feldenkrais Method is not a medical intervention. It is a somatic based learning method that can help improve your body awareness and use.
