Hi. I'm Andrea. I teach people how to move better. I do this through a specialized form of mind-body training called the Feldenkrais Method® of movement. It turns out that Feldenkrais lessons can be incredibly helpful for golfers.

How it works

Feldenkrais lessons can help you achieve two things: heightened kinesthetic awareness and greater ease in your movement. These work synergistically. Attuning to your kinesthetic awareness triggers the neuroplasticity of the brain, helping you to develop clear and efficient neuromuscular patterning. Efficient neuromuscular patterning leads to greater ease in your movement. And greater ease means a free and fluid golf swing.

What's inside the ebook?

Your ebook comes in epub format. This is a universal format that will open on your computer, tablet, and phone.

It is an enhanced ebook, meaning that it combines written material with audio media that has been embedded inside for a seamless user experience. Your ebook includes:
